Sounds like problems constructing a proper pathname...

The mount options unfortunately don't show the prefixpath (if any).
What's the actual "devicename" that you're mounting? If you're mounting
a subdirectory of a share (for instance, //host/share/subdir), then
you may need to update your mount.cifs helper to something more
recent.
