[linux-cifs-client] WhoAmI query FS info

Hi,

 

In the last Samba XP, Steve French has mentioned something about WhoAmI
in the changes done for the Linux-CIFS-Client.

 

I got the idea that there is a generic CIFS - Query-FS-request for that,
but looking in the newsletter archives I understand that it is suggested
to the CIFS-Unix-Extension, and not like the Windows RPC call.

 

Am I correct, or is there such a generic Query-FS-request supported also
by Windows servers?
