[linux-cifs-client] mount, connection refused

Hi:

A network trace would be nice, but my first guess would be that the
TCP connection is being refused by the server you're trying to connect
to. (That is, an /etc/hosts.allow/deny/firewall/smb.conf, etc...  
issue..)
