[linux-cifs-client] legacy smb time handling

Have made a start at adding the legacy time handling - the attached 
patch is about 1/2 done.

Also note that a cifs update (unrelated patches) just went into mainline 
- one is quite important
(fixes the problem with byte range unlock to windows, introduced in 2.6.18).
