[linux-cifs-client] cifs 1.39a

I posted an updated version of cifs which matches what is in the
cifs-2.6.git tree on kernel.org
      http://us1.samba.org/samba/ftp/cifs-cvs/cifs-1.39a.tar.gz
This will only compile on relatively recent kernels (perhaps 2.6.13 or
later).   I do plan to post a version (which will work with earlier 2.6.
kernels) later this month.

If anyone gets a chance to try it out in the next few days, let me know
(email off list is fine).   I want to push these particular three or four
fixes upstream fast.
