[linux-cifs-client] mount.cifs.c and passwords with ',' in them

Anthony Liguori had a reasonable suggestion - which works ok for backlevel 
compat and does not in any cases make things worse as far as I can tell - 
add a password length parm (e.g. "lengthpassword") which must precede the 
password mount parm in the string and if present is used by the kernel 
code to treat the next n bytes as the password.   It does require a kernel 
change to recognize it, but it does not make things worse if the kernel 
change is not present.
