[linux-cifs-client] users mount parm

Dirk Jagdmann noted that the "users" mount parameter is not recognized by
cifs and suggested a patch to simply ignore it.

Before I do this, I wanted to make sure that it can be safely ignored.
Presumably the function of this parm (to allow any user to unnmount the
matching mount point) only relies on its presence in /etc/fstab (and not
any kernel code change) so it can be safely stripped out by
/sbin/mount.cifs.c as suggested

Any objections?
