[linux-cifs-client] new 2.4 test version

There is a new test version of the 2.4 cifs vfs

I still have fixes from 3 source files to backport to 2.4 for various
problems found during stress and functional testing on 2.6, but it did
fine on the tests I just ran on it.

Also this week I added code to the 2.6 version now that has some
interesting code that is almost complete - for dnotify (directory change
notification) - this is dead code in 2.4 since there is no way for
filesystems to hook it, but will be a nice optional feature for 2.6 to
be able to have the cifs vfs handle the notify fcntl and be able to
allow kde and gnome windows to autorefresh when files are added to
directory windows.
