I really could use some help figuring out what is going on with
connectathon lock test #7 which spits "not syncing: Attempting to free
lock with active block list").  This bug seemed to be introduced with
some posix byte range lock changes the nfs guys introduced to the vfs a
few months back - but it is now more pressing as it may be the only
blocking bug left in the connectathon suite.
