[jcifs] jCIFS and SMB v1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 support

Check out jcifs-ng. It’s based on JCIFS so the API is similar, though not
identical, and it supports SMB2. We did some pretty exotic things with
JCIFS and I was able to switch to it with about 1 man- week of effort.
