Hi,

I want to use named pipes to communicate between a few java prozesses and
will never know any user credentials on the target machines.
So I'm wondering if there is a way to write to a local named pipe using
SmbNamedPipe without having to supply Authentication info.
I tried the examples on my Win 7 machine and everytime I tried to call
getNamedPipeOutputStream I got a "SmbAuthException: Access is denied."

So is there a way to write to a local named pipe without providing
authentication credentials?

Thanks, bye,
Marko
