[jcifs] Configuring JCIFS so that it does not use NetBios

Hi Navin,

Just use the property:

    jcifs.resolveOrder=DNS

which does not contain WINS or BCAST.

I think that will do it. But the default behavior is to try DNS before
WINS or BCAST so by default I think JCIFS should only use NetBIOS as a
fail-over method.
