[jcifs] smbfolder.listFiles(SmbFileFilter) drops folders with a leading whitespace

if i could get rid of the spaces and ampersands... but, not an option.
so, is there a need to do a trim in that specific section of path splitting
code?

Solution : do not use paths with spaces in them. They are evil, and have
already caused the loss of thousands of productive hours.
Whoever invented them needs to be found, stripped, tarred, dunk in
feathers and run out of town.
Or at least he should get an IgNobel prize.
