[jcifs] How to request a Feature/Bug Fix?

Forgive me, but I can't find any info on how to contact the developers and/or submit a Feature-Request or Bug Fix.

Does anyone have any idea where to do that?  I posted a simple request to the list about a month ago, and it was seemingly ignored entirely.
