[jcifs] Can I ask you about the EAR for jcifs?

Dear jcifs mailing list members,

I know it's not technically questions, but can I ask you about the EAR
(Export Administration Regulations) for jcifs?

We are creating a software product containing "jcifs" and are going to
export it to overseas countries (that is including USA and except USA) from
Japan.
And now, we have to make judgments regarding the EAR whether we could
export our product or not.

So could you provide us the following informations? :

  Q1: Will our product be gulate to reexport by the EAR? (Is jcifs made in
the US?)
  Q2: If Q1 is yes, could you tell me its ECCN (Export Control
Classification Number) ?

Because I don't have enough knowledge about EAR,I had referred to "
http://www.bis.doc.gov/index.htm".
