[jcifs] SMB_COM_NT_CREATE_ANDX timeout

We have been using JCIFS for about 2 years in a production job stream.  Last
month we started receving these timeouts and have been increasing in
frequency.  We are running jcfis from Sun Solaris and trying to create a new
file on a Windows 2000 server.  Jcifs version 1.2.0.  The problem occurs
every once in a while.  Not every time.  We found that adding some files and
then deleting them from the windows disk will "fix" the problem.  Any idea
what is causing this?
