[jcifs] nltm on internet explorer 7 fail

hi,
   i have a scenario like follow,  There is a user fail authentication through
jcifs on application server. then log off that user (because AD policy, 3
attempts), change to different user, there is no problem login in. For the same
user account, we tried login from another user machine, no problem. Is this
problem in (Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Microsoft\Credentials\  ?
anyone having similar problem?
