[jcifs] NTLM Type 3 Message Never Sent

Thank you to everyone who responded (or read & pondered the issue). We
determined that the problem was that ntlmv2 was being mandated by the
security policy and apparently in this environment IE expects the Type 2
message with a data/format that jcifs does not provide natively. Allowing
ntlmv1 solves the problem.
