[jcifs] NTLM Type 3 Message Never Sent

Is that on the client or the server?  If the NTLM flags sent in the Type 2
message from the server do not meet the requirements specified here on the
client, the client will refuse to send the Type 3 back (which sounds like
what you are saying).
