[jcifs] CVS/Subversion Repository?

Since jcifs-ext is no longer supported, is there an equivalent to
jcifs.rap.user.UserManagement.netUserChangePassword(java.lang.String user,
                                  java.lang.String oldPassword,
                                  java.lang.String newPassword)
