[jcifs] Can JCIFS access files on NAS (Network-attached storage) server?

Just wonder if anyone had asked the similar question. I use
JCIFS.1.2.10.jar. When I try to access the files on the NAS server, I
get error says "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password". But I
can access the files with Windows Explorer, so I guess the NAS Server
must support the CIFS protocol even though I don't know what OS is
running there.
