[jcifs] How to perform NTLM authentication only once per session

I am using jcifs version 1.2.12. Does this contain the patch you are
talking about? Otherwise where can I locate the patch?

No. IE *always* re-authenticates POST requests (but not GET). There was
a patch to prevent the filter from communicating with the DC for
redundant posts. That would speed things up a little. Don't recall when
that was though.
