[jcifs] Suggested improvement in NtlmHttpFilter

Hi,

When using the NtlmHttpFilter filter, if authentication fails the user is
presented with a blank screen (In our case anyway), rather than returning a
response with no content, can a configuration item be added which, when it
exists returns the items content? This configuration item could have a
simple Not Authorised line, or a formatted webpage including all the <html>
... </html> tags. The NtlmHttpFilter would determine the response Content
Length dynamically.

If a webpage is used the developer could include a meta data tag to redirect
the user to an application controlled page rather than including a complete
page from the configuration item.

Regards,

Joel
