[jcifs] Network Dialog when called from SAP NetWeaver

We have a jCIFS 1.2.13 enabled SSO Java Web application deployed on WebLogic. The environment is AD 2003. jCIFS SSO works like a champ in IE and Firefox. We are facing a difficulty when opening the application  from SAP NetWeaver WebApp. When a hyperlink to jcifs SSO Web is open from SAP web page, a Network Dialog(Dialog Title is shown as: Connect to JCIFS12_20_5D in MOLEX) is shown and Authentication never succeeds even with valid Credentials. 

This happenes only when FQDN is used. When an IP or machine name is used, it works fine.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
