[jcifs] NTMLHTTPFilter combine with tomcat user roles

It works good when I used NTMLHTTPFilter to Single Sign On my tomcat
applications.
I still have my multiple levels of security based on the roles the user is
set up on and restrict access to those directories that they do not have. 
How can I get tomcat user roles from JNDIRealm using NTMLHTTPFilter?
Can anyone have same experience give me help?
