[jcifs] JCIF and system event 2012

Hi,

I am using jcifs-1.2.7 library to read log files on a remote host.
However, in the system's eventlog of the remote host, I can see lots of
event id 2012. The event id's are generated around once per hour on some
elements and on others maybe 5-10 times a day. If I stop using JCIF then
event id 2012 stops appearing. Below is a description of event 2012.

Event ID: 2012
Source: Srv
Type: Warning
Description: While transmitting or receiving data, the server
encountered a network error. Occasional errors are expected, but large
amounts of these indicate a possible error in your network
configuration. The error status code is contained within the returned
data (formatted as Words) and may point you towards the problem. 

I did look into the Gmane archive and saw one similar entry but without
any reply.


Questions:
1) Is this a known problem?
2) Can you tell me if upgrading to jcifs-1.2.12 will help?
