[jcifs] How to distribute

Technically, he would only need to provide the source to whoever he
distributes the binary to; i.e. assuming he is only distributing the
modified jcifs library to the users of his commercial app, they are
the only ones he is obligated to give the source to.  Those users,
however, are entitled to freely redistribute it under the LGPL.
