[jcifs] Websphere+SSO+NTLM

Hello Gurus: I am a novice and I am trying to configure SSO on my workstation to
log into websphere Portal. I have followed the steps outlined in one of the
articles on Google-Groups

When ever I open my MSIE to open the admin page I am getting "page cannot be
displayed error" When I checked the return code is 401-Unauthorized.

Just to check I tried the same from Firefox it prompts for a username and
password when I key in my credentials it passes the authentication part and
takes me to admin page. I believe as per the google groups (NTLM+SSO
configuration) when I access the admin console from MSIE I should be able to
access it seamlessly but apparently it fails. Could someone please direct me in
the right direction?

Properties that are set for jcifs are
jcifs.http.domainController=<my dc name>
jcifs.smb.client.domain=<my domain>
jcifs.smb.client.username=<username>
jcifs.smb.client.password=<passwd>
jcifs.util.loglevel=3
jcifs.netbios.wins=<wins server ips>

I would appreciate if someone can help me.
