[jcifs] Logging in jCIFS

Hi!
I wonder if there is any reason why there is no better logging facility
in jCIFS, like commons-logging. E.g. the log entries are missing a
timestamp making it difficult to relate an error log with an error
reported by a user.

Where do I send patches? To the mailing list?
