Hi,

 

The Javadoc of the method « jcifs.smb.NtlmPasswordAuthentication.getPassword
» says :

« There is no way to retrieve a users password in plain text unless it is
supplied by the user at runtime. »

 

Does anyone find a way to retrieve the user password without prompting it at
runtime ?

I am afraid it is caused by NTLM and there is no other way to prompt it.....
