[jcifs] Major minor version error in JCIFS1.2.8

Whoops. I bet this is because I recently installed Java 1.5.0_06 to
support another app and apparently there is a compatibility issue. I
will rebuild it with the compiler used previously and rerelease as 1.2.9.
