[jcifs] jcifs-1.1.11trans2 released / fixed socket exception handling

The latest "trans" release is in the download area. It fixes some obvious
problems with socket exception handling - after soTimeout the transport
would just endlessly spit up socket exceptions. Also reading data didn't
work at all - just read 0's.

Try it if you're brave. Remember it's port 445/139 and has a few other
little bonus'. See the changelog in README.txt.
