[jcifs] ISAPI redirector problem

Hello
we do use JBoss (V3.2.7) / Tomcat (V5) and IIS (V6.0) among with the ISAPI 
(V1.2.15) connector. Everything is working but from time to time we can 
not connect anymore through the IIS. accessing directly to port 8080 is 
working. The errorlog has the following entries:

[Sat Dec 10 14:37:41 2005] [info]  jk_lb_worker.c (748): All tomcat 
instances are busy or in error state
[Sat Dec 10 14:37:41 2005] [error] jk_isapi_plugin.c (1036): service() 
failed
[Sat Dec 10 14:38:04 2005] [info]  jk_connect.c (444): connect to 
10.150.10.12:8009 failed with errno=61
[Sat Dec 10 14:38:04 2005] [info]  jk_ajp_common.c (889): Failed opening 
socket to (10.150.10.12:8009) with (errno=61)
[Sat Dec 10 14:38:04 2005] [info]  jk_ajp_common.c (1248): Error 
connecting to the Tomcat process.

Whre can I get help from?
