[jcifs] (no subject)

I have a problem with NTLM authentication on JCIFS (I have tried all the
latest versions).
After startup of the app server, when I go to a page that has NTLM enabled,
it pops me up a dialog box to enter my user name and password & domain
(which doesn't work)
 
If I look in the logs, I can see that Jcifs first logs me in properly and
then tries again with 'GUEST' as username on which SmbComSessionSetupAndX
fails  ( see below)

If However, I login now with a form based page, from then on, the Autologin
works for everyone who surfs to any enabled page on the appserver for a
couple of minutes and then they get the login box again ...
 
Has anyone seen this before ?
