Elrond,

I have put some significant work into the C server stub emitter. I didn't do
a "skeleton" but I think you'll find I managed to get quite far along. Read
the latest README.txt bullet and doc/emit_svr_stub_c.txt for an analysis of
what needs to be done and how I think it should be done. Feel free to go off
in your own direction of course. I'd be interested to see what you come up
with. Ultimately I think this is a really good start for the C server stubs.
I wouldn't follow the Java emitter. It's a wreck by comparison. Rather you
might look at what the Java emitter emits and reason about how to get the
server stub emitter to do the same.
