[jcifs] Timeout problem with jcifs NTLM HTTP authentication

Well it could be that there is a bug in the algorithm that only acts up
after being under load for a while. I doubt it has to do with any network
settings (other than outright network failure/misconfiguration).

See how it goes for a while.
