[jcifs] SMB Signatures + HTTP Filter

I just tested the NTLM HTTP Filter with my NT 4.0 workstation as
domainController with SMB signing on and session setups from a user other
than the one that triggered the first session setup did NOT fail. They go
right through no problem. If I set soTimeout=4000 I can see the disconnect
and logoff requests fail which asserts that the server is checking some
stuff but NT 4.0 at least does not appear to actually check the signature
on session setups. Odd.
