[jcifs] Authentication issue with IE 6.0,
inconsistent username and password prompting

I've read through http://jcifs.samba.org/capture.html to obtain a capture
but currently i am using Win 98 . I was unable to locate NetMon at all, how
do you suggest I go about getting the packet capture?
