There was a problem with writeTime. Incedentally that method takes into
consideration DST so set{CreateTime,LastModified} should work as expected.
If I create a date in the past and setLastModified it makes the round trip
OK and looks right in explorer. If you can still identifiy a problem with
DST handling (in 0.8.1 to be released imminently) please let me know.
