[jcifs] NT Status Code Descriptions?

Looks as though we're still getting a few of these:

  "The system cannot find message text for message number 0x%1 in the
  message file for %2."

Try running this on a variety of different Windows platforms (W/NT family,
of course).  Things tend to change.
