Hi Srivation,

Sorry for the belated response, but FYI.. 

if you are not willing to wait for the nice API, one can still get
services to install on remote windows machine (via the SC Manager) with
jarapac right now. 

>From experience this requires a little bit of tweaking with the help of
ethereal, but in the end, it seems to work fine.
