[jcifs] nbtscan and mac addresses

Don't count on this behavior.

Windows systems will include the MAC address in the response to an Adapter 
Status query.  Other implementations will not do this (the results are all 
zeros).  Samba, for instance, does not provide the MAC address.  There are 
a lot of good reasons for this.
