[jcifs] inconsistent NtlmHttpFilter behaviour

Anand,

If you can get a packet capture from the server (i.e. the box with the 
jCIFS filter), that would contain both the HTTP and SMB traffic.  This 
would be helpful in diagnosing this.  At first glance I didn't see 
anything too weird.
