[jcifs] Fixes for NTLM w/Win9x clients

Attached are the NtlmSsp.java and SmbComSessionSetupAndX.java which fix the 
NTLM authentication for Win9x clients.  NtlmSsp.java is almost a complete 
rewrite; SmbComSessionSetupAndX.java is a one-line change.
