[jcifs] Davenport 0.9.5

Davenport Version 0.9.5 has been released.  This fixes several issues 
affecting interoperability with various WebDAV clients.

Special thanks to Ronald Tschalär, who identified and provided patches 
for nearly all of the items in this release (including all bugfixes). 
There is a high likelihood (though I have no means of testing this) that 
these fixes will resolve the MacOS X issues people were previously 
experiencing.
