[jcifs] NetBIOS adapter status request

Hello,

I was messing around with NbtAddress.getMacAddress() -- I noticed that it
seemed to work only in the case that the host was running the "Server"
service (had a <20> entry, I think).  Otherwise, I would get:

Exception in thread "main" java.net.UnknownHostException: no name with type
0x00
 with no scope for host 10.60.38.202
        at jcifs.netbios.NbtAddress.getAllByAddress(NbtAddress.java:523)
        at nbttest.main(nbttest.java:10)

running "nbtstat -a host"
