we will try your jar tomorrow, for today's error-window, we have prepared the following changes:

- changed the domain-controller to one specified server (we will take a look at the server-logfiles)

- added the following parameters:
    jcifs.smb.lmCompatibility: 3
    jcifs.smb.maxMpxCount: 50

our own filter does the following:

		 if (req.getSession().getAttribute(keyToCheck) == null) { // keyToCheck is "NtlmHttpAuth"


			 super.doFilter(request, response, chain);
		 }
