[jcifs] the ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException occurs in jcifs-0.7.3

I'm using the jcifs-0.7.3 and tried to compile the
examples, but it always throw
ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

I've read in the Readme.txt of the jcifs package that
said this error has been eliminated in ver 0.7.3
Can somebody tell me why this happen..??
