[jcifs] What will happen after wins server restart?

Thank you for your quickly reply.

My confusion is that the WINS server has been restarted successful, the
WINS server is already standby.
Why jCIFS client software can't find the server?

I used linux box to run jCIFS. 

Second, the "*.*.*.*" means a ip address of my WINS server.
