[jcifs] @ character in filenames

Well, I just found another bug:

SmbFile.list() returns files with the @ char in the path. When I do a toURL() on such a file i get a java.net.UnknownHostException. (the url string isn't parsed correctly). Shouldn't characters like @ be url encoded in the filename part of an url?
